Our MOQ varies depending on the product size and complexity. Generally, for standard custom keypads and OEM silicone parts, our MOQ starts from 1,000 pcs. For larger components, a lower MOQ can be discussed.
Can you customize compounds for specific environments?
Yes! We can custom-mix silicone compounds to meet special specifications, including high-temperature resistance (up to 300°C), flame retardant (UL94-V0), fuel/oil resistance, high tensile strength, and medical/food-grade standards (FDA, LFGB).
What are your tooling and sample lead times?
Typically, mould design and tooling fabrication take 10 to 15 days. Once the mould is ready, we can send you physical prototype samples for testing within 3 to 5 days.
How do you handle mould fee refunds?
We offer complete or partial mould fee refunds once your cumulative mass-production order volume reaches a pre-agreed threshold (e.g., 50,000 pcs, depending on the product type).
